Shipping policy

Shipping Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-5 business days after receiving your order. Delivery times may vary depending on your orders, location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping Rates: We offer RM10 flat-rate shipping for West Malaysia, RM20 for East Malaysia. For West Malaysia, orders over RM120 qualify for free delivery. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number from our team.

Shipping Methods: We offer several shipping methods to accommodate your needs, including standard shipping, express shipping, and local pickup. Please select the desired shipping method during checkout, extra charges may applies.

International Shipping: We currently only offer shipping within Malaysia. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

Shipping Restrictions: Please note that there may be certain products or locations that are subject to shipping restrictions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled due to shipping restrictions.
