Return Policy
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility Criteria: We do not offer refunds. However, if your product is found to be damaged upon receipt, you may request a replacement with the same product. Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return.
Products Eligible for Return:
- Damaged Products: If your product is found to be damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 3 days of delivery to request a replacement.
How to Request a Return: To request a replacement for a damaged product, please contact us at general@xinletcm.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Provide your order details and a description or photo of the damaged product.
Return Process: If your request for a replacement of a damaged product is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
